User Research

I don't believe in a “perfect formula” for understanding customers. Instead, I have my methodology & tool set in research which I combine uniquely for every project and its specific context to discover the users and their ever changing needs. When confronting new challenges, I prioritize understanding the ecosystem through a blend of qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and collaborative methods. The method I choose for user research is related with "what the users are capable of" or "how to better extract their behaviors, needs and pain points". I value iterative customer involvement during research to assure that new experiences are built to resonate with them.
